Brief description: The four channel eddy current flaw detector has safety operating procedures and, due to its multiple detection channels, can meet the one-time flaw detection requirements for multiple detection surfaces of a single workpiece. Product Details

The EEC-33 four channel eddy current flaw detector has a wide testing frequency range, with quartz crystal stability from 64Hz to 5MHz. Therefore, it is applicable to metal materials with different conductivities. This instrument adopts eddy current impedance plane and time-based scanning display technology, which displays the two-dimensional graphics of eddy current signals and their time-based curves of the detection object in real-time on the same screen with multiple windows. All operations adopt menu based human-machine dialogue and keyboard control. The standard testing program can be stored in large quantities on the hard drive, and the data can be stored on the hard drive for users to easily access at any time. The EEC-33 four channel eddy current flaw detector adopts strict decibel gain control (0-90dB), with an adjustment range of 0.5 dB, to meet the detection standard requirements in various occasions. The EEC-33 four channel eddy current flaw detector has four physical detection channels and is a universal instrument for online, offline, pre service, and in-service testing of metal components in industries such as automotive, petrochemical, metallurgy, and machinery. The testing process does not require coupling media or contact with workpieces, making it easy to achieve automation. And due to the multiple detection channels, it can meet the one-time inspection requirements of multiple detection surfaces of a single workpiece, suitable for the inspection of mechanical components such as welded steel strips, sucker rods, valve rods, pins, gears, wheel hubs, needle roller bearings, hollow shafts and screws, as well as metal pipes, rods, wires and profiles.
