It has a relatively high emission pulse amplitude (Up ≥ 1200V) and a sufficiently steep leading edge rise time, as well as a very low effective output impedance (i.e., its load capacity is quite strong), which can effectively excite high-low frequency probes of various chip sizes to achieve high sensitivity and high resolution flaw detection
The added "alarm echo signal amplitude output" function can select the peak value of the echo in the gate to maintain the output (maximum peak value is about 10V) for use when connecting with external devices
The instrument also has the functional characteristics of a universal ultrasonic flaw detector. By adjusting the "emission intensity" and "damping", the emission voltage amplitude can be conveniently selected between 200-1200V; Combined with multiple hardware narrowband and broadband amplifiers ranging from 0.3-2/2 to 4/4 to 6/3 to 15MHz, the instrument is suitable for high-sensitivity testing of large forgings and high-resolution testing of other mechanical parts
