The EEC-39RFT++intelligent video far-field eddy current testing device is a new generation of eddy current non-destructive testing equipment. It adopts advanced FPGA, DSP digital electronic technology, far-field eddy current technology, industrial endoscope technology and microprocessor technology, multi-channel real-time detection technology, and can effectively detect internal and external wall defects of ferromagnetic metal pipelines in real time. During detection, it is not affected by probe lift off, skin effect, uneven conductivity and magnetic permeability. The eddy current sensor is integrated with the industrial endoscope probe, and the detection process simultaneously obtains eddy current signals and video signals. The detection signal is intuitive, reliable, and accurate. EEC-39 RFT++is not only a complete set of remote field eddy current testing system, but also has the advanced performance of conventional multi frequency and multi-channel eddy current testing instruments, especially the functions of weld detection with anti-corrosive coating, crack depth detection, array eddy current detection and video detection, and supports multi-channel eddy current probes and flexible multi-channel probes.
