Safety Operation Regulations for Array Eddy Current Tester
Contemporary non-destructive testing instruments are developing towards miniaturization, multifunctionality, and high intelligence. The new generation and multifunctional electromagnetic detector developed by Ederson (Xiamen) Electronics Co., Ltd. has recently been launched. This instrument integrates conventional eddy current and far-field eddy current detection functions. The EEC-96++array eddy current testing device is a new generation of eddy current non-destructive testing equipment. It adopts advanced digital electronic technologies such as FPGA and DSP, far-field eddy current technology, and microprocessor technology. It can also expand industrial endoscope technology and multi-channel real-time detection technology, which can effectively detect internal and external wall defects of ferromagnetic metal pipelines in real time. During detection, it can overcome the effects of probe lift off, skin effect, uneven conductivity and magnetic permeability. After expansion, it can achieve the integration of eddy current sensors and industrial endoscope probes. The detection process simultaneously obtains eddy current signals and video signals, and the detection signals are intuitive, reliable, and accurate.
