EMS-2003+intelligent magnetic memory eddy current testing instrument provides a new and fast detection method for early diagnosis of equipment fatigue damage caused by stress concentration, surface and subsurface defects due to material discontinuities (defects) in in-service equipment. The instrument is equipped with various forms of sensors and length gauges to meet different detection needs. This instrument can be used for the detection of boiler pressure vessels, pipelines, blades, bearings, rails, gear pairs, welding parts, and other ferromagnetic metal components. Magnetic memory testing and eddy current testing can be switched freely.
