Mechanical characteristics:
1. The machine base is made of high-quality cast iron and processed as a whole, with good rigidity and high strength.
2. The machine head and base are connected by high rigidity rectangular guide rails, which have a large load-bearing capacity and good guiding accuracy.
3. The screw and thrust bearing are used in conjunction to ensure smooth lifting and easy adjustment of the machine head.
4. The stroke, output pressure, and operating speed of the cylinder can be adjusted conveniently and quickly.
5. The anti rotation mechanism is composed of a guide rod and an anti rotation plate to prevent the pressure head from rotating and ensure accurate positioning.
6. Adopting a dual button or single foot electronic control system for safe and reliable operation.
7. It has two modes: manual and automatic, and can set the pressure holding delay and record the number of working times.
