The EUT-108G digital eight channel ultrasonic detector adopts advanced aerospace electronic technology and multi CPU system design concept to ensure consistency, stability, reliability of each channel, and on-site anti-interference ability of the whole machine. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, high resolution, and high fidelity echo transmission, and can work continuously for 24 hours. It can be combined into multi-channel products with multiples of 4, such as 4 8 12 16 24 32 40 channels, suitable for automatic or semi-automatic ultrasonic testing of steel plant pipe bars and ingots, especially for automatic testing of thick walled steel pipes over 100mm; It can also be used for high-speed automatic flaw detection of small caliber thin-walled tubes using a rotating probe.

•It can meet the automatic or semi-automatic ultrasonic testing requirements for steel mills' tube, rod, and ingot billets. It can be used for high-speed and high-resolution automatic testing of small caliber thin-walled pipes with probe rotation, as well as for high-sensitivity automatic testing of large caliber thick walled seamless steel pipes (especially those above 100mm)
The use of high-frequency narrow pulse probes provides instrument conditions for achieving high near-field/far-field resolution, making it particularly suitable for situations where shallow or small defects need to be discovered
The instrument adopts a human-machine dialogue interface, which is clear, easy to understand, and easy to operate. It has ultrasonic flaw detection/thickness measurement/layer imaging functions

The instrument is equipped with one I/O interface for external alarm output, delayed marking output, and mechanical equipment related signal input (e.g. encoder signal input, feed signal input). The output signal is a 5VTTL level signal; The input signal should be a level signal of 3.3V to 5V. The specific input and output signals can be adjusted according to the different needs of users
