The EUT-302 ultrasonic flaw detector is a pocket sized new product developed specifically for field testing with high fluidity, such as steel structure elevated aerial operations, as well as multifunctional high-precision thickness measurement. Although it has a small size, it is easy to carry, has good flaw detection performance, and has multiple functions such as A/B scan screen display, high-precision thickness measurement, and dynamic waveform broadening recording and playback for up to 1 hour. It is a versatile new type of ultrasonic flaw detection thickness gauge. The high-precision thickness measurement of EUT-302 digital ultrasonic flaw detector not only has multiple ways to measure the thickness of different workpieces, including the thickness of thin workpieces below 0.5mm and corrosion pits on the inner pipe wall of the coating layer, but also can use A-type echo to monitor and confirm the thickness measurement results, use B-scan function for flaw detection thickness imaging and massive storage, and so on. So, the instrument can not only be used for ultrasonic testing imaging of high-voltage ceramic insulators, but also meet the ultrasonic testing and thickness measurement requirements of welds and automotive parts, with a wide range of applications.
