The Ecological Environment Smart Supervision Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) integrates basic environmental management data resources and existing application data to establish a county wide basic ecological environment data resource center. With EGIS data resources as the base map, ecological environment application management data is overlaid to form a "one map" of ecological environment management. Build an ecological environment intelligent supervision platform, develop a large screen visualization display system, develop an ecological environment monitoring system, develop an ecological environment supervision system, and develop an ecological environment emergency command system. Collect, transmit, and store ecological environment data, implement data informatization management mode, and develop visual applications for supervision, forming a comprehensive, full process, and fully intelligent environmental management system. At the same time, relying on the ecological environment intelligent supervision system, we will establish an ecological environment supervision center and a smart supervision APP system.
The ecological environment monitoring system includes atmospheric environment monitoring data, water environment monitoring data, noise monitoring data, pollution source detection data, and resource integration and visualization display of rural environmental quality. The environmental supervision system includes regulatory statistics, complaint reporting, river chief management, grid management, environmental project investment management, three line and one order achievement management, and intelligent applications that can provide managers with an effective management decision-making system. Establish an environmental emergency command system to achieve a comprehensive management system that integrates accident and disaster warning, dispatch and command, and handling and disposal. According to the corresponding emergency plan, coordinate various professional departments to handle environmental emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

The monitoring of six major sources of pollution, atmosphere, water, noise, rural environmental quality, and solid waste can be visualized on the map through data management. It can be queried and filtered. Clicking on the marked point on the map will bring up a detail box, which will display the specific details of that point. |
