The LX-5000 explosion-proof industrial process chromatograph has powerful contemporary electronic and software technology and industrial chromatographic analysis performance. The instrument adopts highly integrated industrial grade chips, bus technology, Ethernet technology, microflow gas control technology, and data processing software, optimizing temperature control accuracy and gas flow and pressure control accuracy, improving the reliability and stability of the instrument, and making LX-5000 a truly modern industrial chromatograph in China.
The LX-5000 chromatograph provides hardware and electronic technologies that have been validated in terms of reliability and operability, while taking the application of industrial gas chromatography to a higher level. The reliability of analysis hardware such as valves and detectors has also been verified for many years in LX-3000. In addition to having many common spare parts between the two models, the LX-5000 also uses the same Ethernet network. The new version of the chromatography workstation software can be used for two types of chromatographs on the same network.
The LX-5000 chromatograph has a built-in 10.4-inch industrial color touch screen display, which simplifies the maintenance process. Technicians can view all analysis parameters and measurement results on a simple color screen. From the overview screen of the analyzer's operation to the processing screen of data analysis, users can easily obtain information or know the tasks that need to be completed. All operating parameters of the gas chromatograph, such as opening and closing time and valve time, are displayed on the screen simultaneously. While simplifying the maintenance process of gas chromatography, technicians who have not used LX-5000 can quickly master it without excessive training. Comparing the current spectrum with stored or calibrated spectra can easily confirm the analysis effect.
