The detection concentration is as low as 0.01 µ L/L, providing more comprehensive and accurate test data for insulation oil fault diagnosis of ultra-high voltage level transformers, ensuring safe and economic operation of the power grid, and significant social benefits.

Technical features:

1. Headspace degassing system

The dynamic headspace (blow capture) method is a relatively complete degassing method proposed and adopted by Galand et al. In 1974, IEC recommended this degassing method in its Guidelines for Gas Analysis. The various components in the oil are repeatedly extracted with the carrier gas, collected in a trap for concentration, and then quickly blown into a chromatographic column for chromatographic analysis. The advantages of this degassing method are high degassing rate, short equilibrium time, good reproducibility, and comparability with the static headspace degassing method in the laboratory.

2. Ultra high sensitivity pulse discharge helium ionization detector

The pulse discharge helium ionization detector (PDHID) equipped on the instrument is a highly sensitive universal detector with high linear response to almost all inorganic and organic compounds, with a detection limit as low as 0.005 µ L/L.

3. Short analysis cycle

The entire process of stability, oil injection, degassing, and chromatographic analysis should not exceed 2 hours and can be continuously monitored.

4. Highly integrated and modular structural design

5. Logarithmic amplification technique

Adopting advanced digital logarithmic amplification signal acquisition mode, the amplification factor is increased when the content is low, and reduced when the content is high. After signal amplification, the inverse number operation is performed to restore linearity.

6. Center cutting back blowing technology

The instrument is equipped with a multi valve center cutting blowback system, which blows back C3+components to avoid interference from heavy components on hydrocarbon gases.

7. Zero hidden dangers in safety testing

The instrument uses helium gas as the carrier gas, and does not use hydrogen gas during the detection process. It does not require ignition operation and has zero hidden dangers in safety detection.
