GKYWG-52 laser level gauge, also known as laser level gauge, is a large range, high-precision explosion-proof level measurement product independently developed by Hebei Guangke Measurement and Control Equipment Co., Ltd. It has functions such as level measurement, average temperature measurement, switch alarm output, and can be connected to a tank side display instrument. The product structure is reasonable, with high accuracy and low maintenance rate. This product has been widely used for level measurement and liquid level process control in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, food, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, and water treatment.

The laser level gauge emits a continuous laser beam from a semiconductor laser, which reflects off the surface of the object being measured. The light returns and is received by a laser receiver. The principle of phase comparison is used to compare the received laser signal with the reference signal, accurately calculate the time difference between laser self emission and reception, and then use a microprocessor to accurately calculate it. Its accuracy can reach millimeter level, and standard 4-20mA signals and RS485 signals can be remotely transmitted to the control room for convenient monitoring and management. Can measure media: particles, blocks, viscous, water, food; Application conditions: measuring distance, measuring liquid level, measuring material level, etc.
