Installation requirements: Generally, standard flanges are used to install on the top of the tank, and various methods such as bypass pipe installation and waveguide pipe installation can also be used. The high-frequency radar should be placed at 1/4 or 1/6 of the diameter of the tank, with a distance of not less than 200mm from the tank wall. The 26G antenna should extend at least 10mm into the tank. For measuring conical tanks, it should be installed in the middle of the conical tank plane to ensure that the top of the cone can be measured; When measuring tanks with stacked materials, universal flanges (adjustable direction) should be selected for flange selection.

Attention: The radar level gauge cannot be installed at the inlet and outlet. Do not install the instrument at the top center of arched or circular tanks to avoid multiple strong wave reflections; Avoid installing in areas with strong eddy currents. If there is stirring or strong chemical reaction, it is recommended to use a waveguide or bypass pipe installation method; When installing the waveguide, it is important to ensure that the inner wall is smooth, and the waveguide with the bottom opening must reach the required bottom liquid level. The guided wave radar level gauge should ensure that the position of the probe line inside the tube is relatively stable, and if necessary, support and straighten the probe line.
