Mechanical characteristics:

1. Driven by a hydraulic booster cylinder, it can work under pressure at any position of the stroke.
2. The body adopts an open structure, making it convenient to take and place workpieces. The machine head can be raised and lowered, and the height can be adjusted freely.
3. After welding to eliminate internal stress, the reference surface is machined in one go on large equipment with high accuracy.
4. The upper mold fixing plate adopts a double guide column structure, which not only prevents rotation, but also has excellent guiding accuracy.
5. The workbench adopts a double T-shaped groove to install and fix the mold, and there are multiple ways to install the upper mold, which can be flexibly selected.
6. The working process is vibration free, impact free, and noise free, greatly improving the quality of workpiece processing and mold life.
7. The output pressure is directly proportional to the gas source pressure, making it convenient and fast to adjust the output pressure and operating speed.
8. Only 10% -20% of the energy consumption of ordinary mechanical presses or hydraulic presses, greatly saving energy consumption.
9. The electrical control system can set the working cycle and holding time, and record the number of working times.

The FME series precision gas-liquid booster press adopts an open structure, making it easy to take the workpiece up and down. A set of T-shaped grooves are used to connect the body and the head, and the head can be adjusted up and down. Users can determine the actual working position of the head based on the height of the workpiece and mold. This kind of body structure does bring tangible benefits and convenience to the debugging and use of the machine. This is an important difference between the FME series precision gas-liquid booster press and similar products from other manufacturers.

Product Usage:Suitable for use in various industries such as hardware, electronics, electrical appliances, automobiles, machinery, watches, instruments, etc. in processes such as assembly, cutting, forming, flanging, pressing, riveting, punching, calibration, and embossing.
It is an ideal equipment to replace hydraulic presses, large bore pneumatic presses, and mechanical punching machines.
