Basic Principles

The automated testing equipment is composed of advanced technologies such as central processing units and large-scale integrated circuits. The operation process is fully automated, and the micro printer configured on the panel can print the oil test data. Compared with ordinary instruments and similar instruments, this equipment has good test stability, high accuracy, and good operability. Fully automatic testing method: Six consecutive tests are conducted, and the average value is automatically calculated. The data and average of the six tests are printed out through a panel printer.

Single automatic test method: Automatically complete one test and print out the single test data.

This machine uses an AC reversible motor to drive the voltage regulator at a constant speed of 3 kV/s through a boosting transformer. When the oil sample is broken down, the protection system automatically cuts off the boosting power supply circuit, and at the same time, the protection circuit provides an interrupt signal to the system.
