Multi functional alcohol abrasion testerSuitable for abrasion resistance of printed materials such as oil spray and screen printing on the surfaces of various electronic products, including TV remote control button screen printing, plastic, mobile phone cases, headphone cases, battery screen printing, keyboard printing, wire screen printing, leather, etc., to evaluate their wear resistance. This machine can perform three typical abrasion tests: alcohol or other liquid media and cotton cloth friction test, eraser friction test, and pencil hardness friction test. This machine performs reciprocating tests on products using a friction hammer under a certain test load, test frequency, and test stroke.

This machine is suitable for friction resistance testing of various non-conductive coating layers and spray painted and silk screened surfaces of plastic products, such as computers, mobile phones (P.D.A), MP3, CD, VCD, DVD, electronic dictionaries, cordless phones, and other surfaces.

This machine adopts a variable cam structure, which is transmitted through an imported rolling track to enable the workpiece to move up and down with the motor. The machine runs smoothly with low noise, and the number of tests is visually displayed through a digital instrument. It comes standard with three types of fixtures: 45 degree pencil hardness marking test fixture, eraser test fixture, and alcohol test fixture, and provides two sets of testing platforms to test two different products simultaneously.
