Switching dynamic characteristic testerIt is a newly designed specialized instrument for detecting the mechanical dynamic characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers. This instrument adopts high-tech technology and integrates computer, printer, measurement interface circuit, and operating power supply. It is a new specialized instrument for high-voltage circuit breaker detection. The testing instrument is equipped with two types of displacement sensors suitable for different distances and accuracy tests. The instrument's automatic recognition system identifies the selected sensors and completes distance and speed measurement for low oil, high oil, sulfur hexafluoride, and vacuum high-voltage circuit breakers. In terms of instrument design, only one closing (opening) action is needed to sample and record all data of six fracture surfaces, display the measurement results with a single key operation, and print the recorded measurement data. It can also print the current waveform of six fracture surfaces and the time characteristic curve of the moving contact of one fracture surface. The instrument is designed strictly in accordance with the definitions in the national standards' GB 1984 'and' GB 3309 'for data processing.

1. Function

Time testing: The inherent opening and closing time, reclosing time, in-phase but different periods, and three-phase but different periods of the 12 channel fracture.

Bounce test: The closing bounce time, bounce frequency, and clear graphic display of each bounce process of the switch for each fracture.

Speed test: initial opening and closing speed, average speed, Z-speed, reclosing speed.

Travel test: total travel, opening distance, overtravel. Travel time characteristic curve.

Current testing: The opening and closing current values of the opening and closing coils, as well as the current time characteristic curve.
