1) AC220V: AC220V power socket with built-in switch and fuse.

3) A, B, C, O: Connect the high voltage side of the test object to the corresponding high voltage side of the test object using a red sheathed test wire. Single phase testing is for phases A and B.
4) A, b, c, o: Connect the low voltage side of the tested object to the low voltage side of the test object using a black protective sheath. Single phase testing is for phases a and b.
5) 0-9.: Number keys, decimal point, used for inputting numbers when setting parameters.
6) Reset button: Used for resetting and initializing the entire machine, it can return to the initial state from any state
7) Confirm button: Confirm after selecting the main and sub menu functions for the input parameter content;
8) Select key: The cursor is located at the current selected position, press this key to cycle through the selection.

Product operation:

1. Wiring: Connect the instrument terminals (A, B, C, a, b, c) to the transformer terminals (A, B, C, a, b, c), taking care not to reverse the high and low voltage connections, as this may damage the instrument.

2. Turn on the power switch and then display self-test 1; Self inspection 2; Self inspection 3; By, it indicates that the instrument is self checking. After that, the transformation ratio of the last test is displayed separately. The tap percentage, group, and information display column (error display column) shows "self checking passed", indicating that the instrument is normal and can proceed to the next step of operation.

3. Press the<Parameter>key and enter the transformation ratio, tap spacing, and group in sequence until the parameter indicator light goes out. If the parameters used in this experiment are the same as the previous one, this operation can be omitted.

4. Use the tap adjustment key to adjust the tap point. Each time you press the key, the tap value moves by one tap spacing. If there is no response in the tap display bar when you press the tap adjustment key, it means that the tap spacing has not been set. At this time, you can press the parameter key to set the tap spacing.

5. Measurement

a、 Three phase continuous: Press the<Three phase continuous>button, the key light will turn on. Press the<Start>button, the key light will turn on, and the instrument will start measuring and automatically enter the recording state. After each phase is measured, a prompt sound will be emitted to enter the next phase measurement. After all phases are completed, the instrument will automatically stop.

b、 Single phase: Press the button, the button light will turn on. Press the<Start>button, the button light will turn on, and the instrument will start measuring. After the error display stabilizes, record the data. Press the<Stop>button, the button light will turn on, and the AB phase test will be completed. Complete the measurement of BC and CA phases as well.

safety measures

1. Before using this instrument, be sure to carefully read this operating manual.

2. This instrument can be used both indoors and outdoors, but should avoid environments with rain, corrosive gases, and excessive dust.

3. The instrument should avoid severe vibration.

4. The maintenance, care, and adjustment of instruments should be carried out by professionals.

5. The yellow, green, and red colors of the test clamp correspond to the A, B, and C phases of the transformer, please make sure to wire them correctly.

6. Do not connect high and low voltage cables in reverse.

7. When measuring single-phase transformers, only yellow and green wire clamps should be used, and the red wire clamp should be suspended.

Notes:

1. During the measurement, do not touch the sample.

If the test line is short circuited and the high and low voltage are reversed, the fuse will melt. After the insurance is blown, if measurement is performed and it shows' measuring in progress', please wait! Stop afterwards. Please shut down, replace the fuse with the same capacity, and retest.

3. The connection should be protected to ensure good contact. The instrument should be well grounded!

4. The workplace of the instrument should be away from strong electric fields, strong magnetic fields, and high-frequency equipment. The smaller the interference from the power supply, the better. It is recommended to use lighting cables. If the power interference is still significant, the instrument can be charged using AC purification power cables. The capacity of the AC purification power supply should be greater than 200VA.
