YangzhouDigital intelligent insulation resistance testerOperation Method:
1. Turn on the power switch "ON", select the desired voltage level, lightly press the indicator light to indicate the selected voltage level, lightly press the high voltage start stop button to turn on the high voltage indicator light, and the stable value displayed on the LCD is the measured insulation resistance value. When turning off the high voltage, simply press the high voltage start stop button, and when turning off the power of the whole machine, press the "OFF" button.
When measuring insulation resistance, first disconnect the test sample from other power sources, short-circuit discharge, and connect the test wires equipped with the instrument in sequence according to the diagram. Insert the red test wire into the "E" end of the instrument, and connect the other end to the grounding point or shell of the test sample. Insert the white core wire of the black shielded wire into the "L" end of the instrument circuit, and connect the other end to the conductive part of the test sample that is insulated from the ground. If a protective ring is needed, the black core wire of the black shielded wire can be inserted into the "G" end of the instrument, and the other end can be connected to the shielded part of the test sample or the part that does not participate in the measurement. (Note: During the measurement process, the polarization phenomenon of the insulation material can cause the insulation value reading to drift and jump, which is a normal phenomenon.)
When measuring the insulation resistance between components of electrical products, the "L" and "E" terminals can be connected to any set of wires. When measuring the insulation between engine phases, the three groups can be exchanged alternately, leaving one corresponding safety ground.
After starting the high voltage, the internal timer starts working, and the instrument automatically alarms for 5 seconds after one minute. At this time, the value is locked for calculating the absorption ratio. (Alarm every 45 seconds thereafter).
