After starting the measurement, the high voltage set value is sent to the variable frequency power supply. The variable frequency power supply uses PID algorithm to adjust the output speed to the set value. The measurement circuit sends the measured high voltage to the variable frequency power supply and fine tunes the low voltage to achieve accurate high voltage output. According to the positive/negative wiring and the setting of internal/external standard capacitors, the measurement circuit automatically selects the input and switches the range based on the test current. The measurement circuit uses Fourier transform to filter out interference, separates the fundamental wave of the signal, and performs vector operation on the standard current and the test sample current. The amplitude calculates the capacitance, and the angle difference calculates the tg δ. Repeat multiple measurements and select an intermediate result through sorting. The measurement is completed, and the measurement circuit issues a voltage reduction command. The variable frequency power supply slows down the voltage to 0.

CVT measurement: The CVT isolation switch is disconnected, and the low-voltage isolation switch is connected to output low voltage. When measuring C2, the CVT reversing switch is turned on, C2 is connected to the test channel, and C1 is used as the standard capacitance to measure C2.

High voltage protection: The test sample can cut off the output at high speed by short circuit, breakdown or high voltage current fluctuation.

Low voltage protection: In case of accidental connection to 380V, power fluctuation or sudden power outage, the protection will be activated without causing overvoltage.

Grounding protection: When the instrument is poorly grounded and the casing carries dangerous voltage, the grounding protection is activated.

C V T: Four protection limits for high voltage and current, low voltage and current, which will not damage the equipment; Misselected menu will not output excitation voltage. There is no 10kV high voltage output during CVT measurement.
