The LX-3200EA fully automatic transformer oil chromatography analyzer is a newly developed multi oil sample fully automatic intelligent transformer oil chromatography analysis system by Langxi Instrument (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It adopts intelligent robot automatic oscillation degassing technology, which not only complies with GB/T 17623-2017 "Gas Chromatography Determination of Dissolved Gas Components in Insulation Oil", but also automatically completes the full analysis of the content of seven gas components dissolved in multiple oil samples, including H2, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2, etc. If necessary, it can also detect the content of O2 and N2.
Technical features:
1. Intelligent robot automatic oscillation degassing technology
The LX-3200EA fully automatic transformer oil spectrometer adopts intelligent robot automatic oscillation degassing technology to achieve fully automatic operations such as adding balance gas, oscillation, transfer, and injection analysis of oil samples, replacing the traditional manual operation of adding balance gas, oscillation, transfer, and injection. It fully automatically completes the full analysis of the content of seven components dissolved in insulating oil, and can detect the content of O2 and N2 through process optimization.
2. Batch testing technology and centralized analysis of multiple samples
Continuously analyzing multiple oil samples can shorten the oil sample detection time and improve detection efficiency. A process can continuously analyze 15 oil samples, with an average analysis time of about 7 minutes for a single oil sample.
3. Anti oil sample cross interference technology
Using valve automatic blowing technology, analyze the process air and oil paths for non dead volume blowing technology to ensure that the samples do not cross interfere with each other.
4. Visual system for detection process
Adopting industrial automatic image recognition technology, the oil sample number and degassing volume are automatically scanned and transmitted to the workstation to improve work efficiency.
5. Valve automatic sampling technology
The valve automatic injection quantitative tube technology has high accuracy and good repeatability.
