GKYWG-58 high-precision magnetostrictive level gauge
The GKYWG-58 magnetostrictive liquid level gauge is a remote continuous liquid level measurement instrument designed based on the Villarreal effect. Suitable for measuring liquid level and boundary position in open or closed containers. Due to its high measurement accuracy and low maintenance rate, magnetostrictive level gauges have become an ideal choice for remote continuous measurement of liquid levels.
When the magnetostrictive level gauge is working, the trigger circuit of the transmitter excites a pulse current, which propagates along the magnetostrictive line to generate a pulse current magnetic field. A magnetic float is installed outside the measuring rod of the magnetostrictive liquid level gauge, and the float moves along the measuring rod with the change of liquid level. A magnetic ring is installed inside the float. When the pulse current magnetic field meets the magnetic field of the float magnetic ring, the magnetic field around the float changes, causing the magnetostrictive wire to generate a torsional wave pulse at the position where the float stays. This pulse is transmitted back to the transmitter at a fixed speed along the magnetostrictive wire and detected by the detection circuit. The central processor calculates the time difference between the pulse current and the torsional wave pulse to accurately determine the position of the float, that is, the position of the liquid surface. The transmitter analog-to-digital conversion circuit outputs 4-20mA or RS485 MODBUS signals to achieve remote transmission of liquid level signals.
