Installation requirements When installed in still water, such as deep wells or pools, the measuring part is usually directly immersed in the water for measurement. If conditions permit, the method of inserting steel pipes or PVC pipes can be used. The inner diameter of the pipe is about Φ 45mm, and several small holes are drilled at different heights of the pipe to allow water to enter the pipe smoothly. As shown in the following figure:
When installing the transmitter, the height of the storage container should be determined first, and the installation position of the transmitter and the length of the air guide cable should be determined according to the actual situation on site. Then, the transmitter should be vertically suspended at an appropriate height or installed in a bracket style, so that the transmitter is at a certain height away from the bottom to prevent sediment and dirt from blocking the pressure sensing part. The transmitter should be kept as far away as possible from the heating pipe or mixing source.
