HXYD-5kVA/50KV oil immersed experimental transformer

Product Introduction
Ø HXYD oil immersed experimental transformer is an upgraded product of our company based on the original TDM type experimental transformer. Compared with traditional test transformers, this series of products has the following characteristics:
In terms of edge structure, based on the principle of "distance effect" of transformer oil, multi-level insulation is adopted to divide the internal insulation inside the transformer into multiple oil channels, thereby improving the insulation level and reducing the volume.
Ø Solved the oil leakage problem of TDM series transformers. Since TDM series transformers do not have oil reservoirs, when the temperature is too high, the oil expands and leaks out from the oil nozzle. This series of products has oil injection holes set at the top of the sleeve, and the oil in the sleeve is connected to the oil in the body of the transformer. So, in addition to its functions of installing silicon stacks, short-circuit rods, and series excitation rods, this sleeve also serves as a transformer oil reservoir.
This series of products uses metal fixed leads and voltage equalization to eliminate discharge phenomena.
The stain box has a compact structure, novel appearance, small volume, and light weight.
Ø The iron core is a single frame core type, using DQ type, stacked with 0.30mm cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, and fastened with new special materials, replacing the traditional through core screw. The coil is a concentric cylinder with a multi-layered tower structure.
