The DC resistance of transformers is a necessary test item for semi-finished and finished products in transformer manufacturing, factory testing, installation, handover testing, and preventive testing by the power department. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires of transformer coils, as well as hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed a new generation HXZC-R3 (20A) transformer DC resistance tester using our own technological advantages. This instrument adopts power technology and has the characteristics of small size, light weight, and high output current. The whole machine is controlled by a microcontroller, which automatically completes self checking, data processing, display and other functions. It also has functions such as automatic discharge and discharge sound alarm indication. The instrument has high measurement accuracy, easy operation, and can achieve rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance.

This instrument automatically selects the output current (up to 20A).
The monitor adopts a 480 * 272 dot matrix 65K color large screen, which displays clear and easy to read data.
This instrument comes with functions such as a perpetual calendar, 100 sets of data storage, and automatic temperature conversion. It will not lose data when turned off. The machine is also equipped with a printer that can output and print test data, and the "USB" interface is convenient for exporting data for viewing and editing.
This instrument is equipped with an RS485 communication interface, which, in conjunction with the upper computer control software, enables remote control measurement.
This instrument is equipped with a three-phase simultaneous measurement function to complete the three-phase direct resistance measurement of star connected windings in one connection, automatically calculate the three-phase imbalance rate, greatly save measurement time and improve work efficiency. The phase by phase testing function can also be used to perform phase by phase testing on transformers with YN and D (Y) connection methods. After the test is completed, the three-phase unbalance rate will be automatically calculated.
This instrument also has an automatic magnetic assist function. For the testing of the winding of the iron core five column low-voltage corner connected transformer, the high and low voltage series excitation method is used for testing. The instrument automatically connects the magnetic assist circuit of the winding internally, which can quickly and accurately test the DC resistance of the low-voltage winding.
This machine has an audio discharge alarm, clear discharge indication, and reduces misoperation.
This machine has input misconnection AC380V power protection alarm protection function, reducing damage to the instrument caused by misoperation. The machine also has complete back electromotive force protection and strong arc resistance ability.
