Ink characteristics:

Printing:
Using a mesh size of 100-350 mesh and 120T mesh, the coverage area is calculated to be 30-35 square meters per kilogram.
The surface drying time naturally evaporates for 5-15 minutes, the actual drying time is within 24 hours, and excellent performance is achieved after 48 hours.
1. Use a specialized diluent to open the oil-water mixture
2. Wash the net with 718 water.
3. Adding a matching hardener of 10% can increase adhesion and improve ink film hardness.

4. Bake in an oven at 80 ℃ for 10 minutes, Canon is superior.

Testing method (after complete drying):
The 1.3M adhesive paper adheres to the surface of the ink with hundreds of grids and quickly pulls up at a 45 degree angle without peeling off the oil.
Usage:
1. It is recommended to use our company's specialized diluent for dilution. It is not recommended to use 783 slow drying diluent for dilution. It should be thoroughly stirred before use and sealed at any time after use.
2. When stirring, add 10-12% of our company's matching oil and water, dilute to a viscosity suitable for printing, and use a transfer printing specific diluent for transfer printing dilution; Clean with 718 mesh washing water.
3. It should not be mixed with other types of ink, otherwise it is prone to other adverse phenomena such as adhesion and chemical reactions.
4. The ink with curing agent added has a usage time limit of 5 hours. If it expires, please discard it. The remaining ink cannot be recycled

Notes:

1. The appearance of various printing materials may be similar, but they may be different materials. Customers need to try printing first to ensure that they meet the requirements before mass production.
During the transfer printing process, if there is any drawing or scattering, some slow drying paste can be added appropriately;
