Semi smooth surface, with super strong abrasion resistance and solvent resistance. Application scope: Used in fields that require high mechanical resistance and high solvent resistance. It can be directly printed on elastic paints such as Soft Touch topcoat, leather paints, and rubber paints, with excellent friction resistance and adhesion.

Mixing ratio:
B500 is an AB two-component reactive ink. Before printing, the main agent and crosslinking agent (binder) B5 must be mixed and thoroughly stirred. The recommended weight ratio of the main agent and crosslinking agent is as follows:
10 portions of ink3 parts of crosslinking agent B5
The pot life of the mixed ink at room temperature (25 ℃) is 6 hours, and the higher the temperature, the shorter the pot life. Beyond this time, even if the surface remains unchanged, it will cause a decrease in adhesion and other properties.
diluent:
The standard solvent is UKV1, and the slow drying solvent is 783, with a weight ratio of 10% to 20%.
Drying conditions:
It takes 20-30 minutes for finger touch drying at room temperature, and 5-7 days for complete drying.
Complete drying at 80 ℃ takes 120-150 minutes.
