Characteristics: Baolong 59 series is a high-end product with bright light, medium drying speed, alcohol resistance, white oil resistance, excellent adhesion and scratch resistance. It can print at high speed without ink flying, edge sticking, and full color, meeting the requirements of both silk screen printing and transfer printing. 2. Scope of application: For polyolefin series materials including treated and untreated OPP, BOPP, PP sheets, boards, synthetic paper, PP stationery products, KT board, foam board, etc., it is also applicable to some treated PE materials, and its corresponding four-color ink shows excellent adhesion to PP pearl paper and YUPO paper.

1. Characteristics:

The Baolong 59 series is a high-end product with bright light, medium drying speed, alcohol resistance, white oil resistance, excellent adhesion and scratch resistance. It can be printed at high speed without ink flying, edge sticking, and full color, meeting the requirements of both screen printing and pad printing.

2. Scope of application:

For polyolefin series materials including treated and untreated OPP, BOPP, PP sheets, boards, synthetic paper, PP stationery products, KT board, foam board, etc., it is also applicable to some treated PE materials, and its corresponding four-color ink shows excellent adhesion to PP pearl paper and YUPO paper.

3. Usage:
① Before printing, clean the dust and oil stains on the surface of the printed material, which can be removed with anhydrous ethanol (alcohol) or toner (both provided by our company)
② Stir the ink evenly and choose diluents according to the actual environmental conditions at that time: fast drying, medium drying, slow drying diluents. Generally, fast drying agents are used on cold days (≤ 15 ℃), while slow drying agents are used on hot days (≥ 30 ℃).
③ When printing small lines, patterns, or text, if there is font diffusion, fuzziness, or blurriness, please use this series of transparent color paste or universal slow drying paste.
④ Suitable for 77-150T screen printing, please choose the appropriate mesh size according to the actual situation.
⑤ The drying method is: natural air drying or drying below 70 ℃.
4. Attention to issues:
① Before printing, please conduct a trial print to test the compatibility of the ink with the printing material, in order to prevent quality issues caused by different material varieties.
② Diluents are generally added between 20% and 30%, and the viscosity of the ink is adjusted according to the usage and environmental conditions during actual operation.
③ The drying of the ink layer after printing may vary depending on the substrate being printed. To ensure post printing quality, please select the drying method and time according to the actual situation.
④ This product is flammable. Please seal the ink container completely before and after use and store it in a cool and ventilated place to avoid contact with high temperatures and open flames.
⑤ This product has a certain degree of irritation to the human body. Please take personal protective measures during use to avoid contact with the skin or accidental entry into the eyes. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse immediately with plenty of water or seek medical attention.
⑥ This product has a shelf life of two years from the date of production. If it expires, please retest its usability.
