Application principle:

There are currently many types of instruments and methods for measuring water vapor or humidity on the market, generally measuring temperatures below 100 degrees Celsius150 ℃). But in high temperature environments (above 200 ℃), no probe can withstand such high temperatures, while Nernst's zirconia probe can withstand high temperatures of 900 ℃. So if the oxygen content in the environment is known, the corresponding water vapor or humidity value can also be measured.
Ordinary zirconia probes, which are made of ceramic materials, will rupture and damage when exposed to condensed water at high temperatures. However, Nernst's zirconia probe uses zirconium core technology, which will not rupture or damage in this situation, greatly improving the service life of zirconia probes and saving users' costs.
