Equipment structural features
Thermal insulation enclosure structure: The outer box body is made of spray coated galvanized color steel plate with a thickness of 1.5mm. The box body is sprayed with "white" color, and the door is sprayed with "blue" color. A 100mm thick polyurethane insulation material is used, and the inner box is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.0mm.
Structural design: The structural design of the test chamber is divided into three parts: refrigeration system, electrical system, air circulation system (including evaporator and heater), and the main body of the test chamber. The main body of the test chamber and the air circulation part are spliced, and the water circuit is an external circulation to prevent condensed water from flowing into the laboratory.
