It can directly measure the loop resistance or contact resistance at 100A, 200A, 300A, 400A, 500A or 600A current and display it directly. It can also be saved to the instrument. The maximum number of groups is 100. The saved data can be communicated with the upper computer through RS232 interface and uploaded to the computer for storage or printing. This instrument measures accurately and has stable performance, suitable for on-site maintenance of high-voltage switches in power and supply departments, as well as testing of circuit resistance in high-voltage switch factories.

Instructions for Use:

1. According to the four wire measurement method, connect the test sample to the instrument panel using the test wire, and note that the voltage measurement wire should be connected to the inside of the current output wire.

2. Connect the AC220V power supply (note: the third wire of the power supply input line, which is the protective ground, must be connected to the ground), press the power switch, and the ammeter and resistance meter will display '000' (one digit jumping is allowed in the last digit).

3. Press the measurement switch and adjust the current output knob (clockwise) until the current meter displays' 100.0 '. Then read the number on the resistance meter to obtain the resistance value of the tested product and make a record. If '1' is displayed, it indicates that the measured circuit is out of range.

4. After the test is completed, adjust the current output adjustment knob (counterclockwise) to the minimum, reset the measurement switch, and then cut off the power switch.

To repeat the test, simply reset the measurement switch, re clamp the test clamp, and then press the measurement switch.

Operating procedure:

1. Connect the wires according to the four terminal connection method.

2. Turn on the power.

Press the measurement button (if the current display shows A value less than 100A, it can be corrected by adjusting the panel current).

After measuring the displayed value, the data needs to be saved.

After the measurement is completed, please turn off the power.
