SMART-6000Installation method of composite material comprehensive detectorThe tested composite materials and adhesive structures have the advantages of light weight, high strength, easy processing and molding, excellent elasticity, and temperature and corrosion resistance. Based on the theory of NDT integration technology, advanced microelectronics technology, computer technology, DSP technology, and SMT manufacturing technology are adopted to design a portable composite material and bonding quality comprehensive testing equipment that integrates multiple testing methods such as ultrasound, acoustic impedance, acoustic resonance, and reception. It has multiple detection modes such as ultrasound A B C scanning, acoustic resonance, acoustic pulse, acoustic scanning frequency, mechanical impedance, etc., to adapt to the detection of different materials and structural components. The detection results obtained through multiple detection methods can facilitate data fusion, comprehensive analysis, mutual verification, and thus obtain more complete evaluation conclusions for the detection personnel.
Installation method of composite material comprehensive detectorFunction information:
·Ultrasonic A-scan: Ultrasonic testing is widely used for detecting internal defects in metal, non-metal, and composite materials. For thicker composite materials, such as multi-layer metal bonded composite plates, ultrasonic pulse echo and pulse penetration methods are usually used to detect defects such as debonding, voids, pores, and poor bonding quality inside the workpiece
·Sweep frequency detection mode: using electronic sweep frequency excitation to transmit the transducer, detecting and processing the amplitude changes of the displayed return signal to determine the bonding quality. (No need for coupling agent, sweep frequency range of 20 k-80 KHz, expandable to 5 MHz)
·RF RF detection mode: using continuous wave steady-state excitation to measure the changes in amplitude and phase for detecting delamination (without the need for coupling agents)
·Pulse train detection mode: using short pulse excitation to transmit the transducer, choose the right oneThe frequency causes the maximum bending vibration of the inspected part. When the probe moves above the area of poor adhesion, the received signal amplitude will be greater than that above the area of intact adhesion (without the need for coupling agent)
·Acoustic impedance analysis (MIA): The transducer excites the object being tested to produce vibration, and the mechanical impedance reflecting the vibration characteristics of the object is reflected back on the transducer receiving chip, forming the load of the transducer. When the object being tested has defects or changes in the quality of the adhesive layer, its vibration characteristics will also change. By measuring these changes, discontinuities of the object being tested can be discovered (without the need for coupling agents)
