Product Details

Insulated boots and gloves withstand voltage testing machine/withstand voltage testing deviceIt is mainly used for conducting power frequency withstand voltage tests on safety tools such as insulated gloves and boots, in order to determine whether these tools meet the usage conditions and ensure the personal safety of workers.

Technical parameters:

1. Input voltage:~220V 50Hz

2. Output voltage: 0-30kV

3. Capacity: 3kVA

4. Test quantity: 6 pieces per time

5. Measurement data: can display and print the voltage value of each test sample; Leakage current value

6. Overcurrent protection; Overvoltage protection; Customize time, voltage, and leakage current values

7. LCD display, fully Chinese menu operation, with printing

8. Measurement accuracy: Voltage ± 2% (± 3 words) Current ± 2% (± 3 words)

9. Quality: Insulated boots (gloves), operating box, 12kg, power frequency withstand voltage test bench, 60kg

Experimental steps:

1Insulated boots and gloves withstand voltage testing machine/withstand voltage testing deviceAdd two-thirds of the water into the sink and fix it on an insulated countertop.

2. Place the insulated boots and gloves with added water into the sink, and clamp the insulated gloves with the insulation clip on the probe. The upper opening of the insulated boots and gloves should not get wet and should be kept dry.

3. Adjust the tension on the high-voltage pipe, insert the probe into the water inside the insulated boots and gloves, and tighten the tension to secure the probe.

4. Connect the sink box to the ground, connect the sink box socket to the control box output socket, and turn each milliampere meter switch on the sink box to the 'off' position.

5. Connect the power socket of the control box to a 220V power supply and ground the grounding terminal.

6. Set the test time and overcurrent protection value.

7. Before connecting the power supply, return the voltage regulator to zero position, close the knife switch, and the disconnect button light will turn on. If an alarm is required, press the alarm switch, and the alarm will sound and light. Press the start button, the start button light will turn on, and at the same time, the alarm will stop, indicating that the power has been turned on and waiting for voltage rise.

8. Rotate the regulator handle clockwise at a constant speed to increase the pressure, and closely monitor the condition of the control box instrument and the milliampere meter in the sink box.

9. If there is an abnormality in the milliampere meter of the sink box, turn the milliampere meter switch corresponding to the abnormal milliampere meter to the 'on' position to protect the milliampere meter from overcurrent damage.

10. When the required voltage is reached, turn on the time relay switch and the time relay will start timing.

11. When the time relay reaches the set time, the alarm will sound again, reminding that the withstand voltage time has expired.

12. Rotate the regulator handle counterclockwise to reduce voltage, then turn off the time relay switch and press the disconnect button, pull down the knife switch, and the test is over.

13. Unless permitted by the experiment, sudden power outages are not allowed.

14. If the test object short circuits or malfunctions during the experiment, the overcurrent regulator will operate to cut off the high-voltage output.

matters needing attention:

During the testing process, the operator should operate at a safe distance (less than 20KV per meter in air), and the power frequency withstand voltage test bench must be reliably grounded with a grounding resistance of less than 0.1 Ω.

Before use, the insulation resistance should be tested, and the insulation resistance value should be greater than 2M Ω.

Before use, check whether the contacts of each electrical component are loose, whether the contact is good, and whether each protection system can work normally.

Before use, the insulation rod, electrode, electrode rod, water tank and other parts should be wiped with alcohol.

After the experiment is completed, the water should be drained and all parts should be wiped dry with a cotton cloth. If not in use for a long time, store the sink, electrode rod, and insulation support rod in a dry and ventilated place.
