XGJY-S Insulated Boots and Gloves Voltage Test Device (Manual),It is the third generation product designed specifically for testing the withstand voltage insulation level of insulated gloves (boots). It effectively solves the previous irregular testing methods, simplifies the testing program, improves the detection speed, reduces the detection intensity, and better ensures the safety of testing personnel. It can reliably identify parameters such as leakage current, insulation aging, and power frequency withstand voltage of insulated gloves (boots), and can simultaneously detect six insulated gloves (boots).

3、 Experimental steps:
1. Add two-thirds of the water into the sink and fix it on an insulated countertop.
2. Place the insulated boots and gloves with water added into the sink, clamp the insulated gloves with the insulation clip on the probe, and do not wet the upper opening of the insulated boots and gloves. Keep the upper opening of the insulated boots and gloves dry.
3. Adjust the tension on the high-voltage pipe, insert the probe into the water inside the insulated boots and gloves, and tighten the tension to secure the probe.
4. Connect the sink box to the ground, connect the sink box socket to the control box output socket, and turn each milliampere meter switch on the sink box to the 'off' position.
5. Connect the power socket of the control box to a 220V power supply and ground the grounding terminal.
6. Set the test time and overcurrent protection value.
