The LX-3200F insulation oil helium ion detector uses the principle of helium ionization detector to detect the content of 9 components dissolved in insulation oil, including H2, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H6, C2H4, C2H2, C3H6, C3H8, etc. The detection concentration is as low as 0.005 µ L/L, providing more comprehensive and accurate test data for insulation oil failure determination of ultra-high voltage level transformers, ensuring safe and economic operation of the power grid, and significant social benefits.
Technical features:
1. Ultra high sensitivity pulse discharge helium ionization detector
The pulse discharge helium ionization detector (PDHID) equipped on the instrument is a highly sensitive universal detector with high linear response to almost all inorganic and organic compounds, with a detection limit as low as 0.005 µ L/L.
2. Logarithmic amplification technique
Adopting advanced digital logarithmic amplification signal acquisition mode, the amplification factor is increased when the content is low, and reduced when the content is high. After signal amplification, the inverse number operation is performed to restore linearity.
3. Center cutting back blowing technology
The LX-3200F insulation oil helium ion detector is equipped with a multi valve center cutting blowback system, which blowback C3+components to avoid interference from heavy components on sample detection.
4. Zero hidden dangers in safety testing
The instrument uses helium gas as the carrier gas, and does not use hydrogen gas during the detection process. It does not require ignition operation and has zero hidden dangers in safety detection.
5. Idle season mode, achieving fast and stable startup
A regular helium ionization chromatograph requires a long period of helium purging and replacement process to stabilize when turned on. The instrument comes standard with a throttle mode, which can be switched to with just one click when the instrument is not working, reducing helium usage to 10%. This not only saves expensive helium resources but also ensures fast and stable restart.
