Overview
Intelligent electric float liquid level (boundary) meter can be used to measure liquid level, boundary or density, output 4-20mA standard signal, and provide HART communication protocol output. By using a HART communicator compatible with the intelligent liquid level controller, information from the process, intelligent liquid level controller, or float measurement chamber can be obtained. Users can also query, configure, calibrate, or test the intelligent liquid level gauge.
structural principle
The intelligent float liquid level gauge consists of a numerical level controller, a float chamber, a float, a torque tube system, etc.
The float is immersed in the liquid inside the float chamber and rigidly connected to the torsion tube system. The force borne by the torsion tube system is the net weight of the float minus the buoyancy it experiences Under the combined force, the torsion tube twistsA certain angle. The changes in the position, density, or boundary height of the liquid inside the float chamber cause the buoyancy inside the float immersed in the liquid to change, thereby causing the torsion tube angle to also change accordingly. This change is transmitted to the numberThe lever component inside the Yu liquid level controller causes the magnet fixed on the lever component to shift, which is then sensed by the Hall element and converted to the LCD display, known as the Hall potential. The Shuyu liquid level controller uses a microcontroller and related electronic circuits to measure process variables, provide current output, and offer HART communication capability. The microcontroller receives electrical signals that have been temperature compensated and linearized by the environment, while also compensating for changes in liquid density caused by changes in process temperature.
LCD can display analog output, process variables (liquid level, interface height or density), process temperature, torque tube rotation angle, and percentage range of variables.
