Overview
The side tube of the magnetic float level gauge is connected to the side of the container through a flange, forming a connected structure. In this way, the liquid in the container flows directly into the main tube of the level gauge through the two side tubes, making the height of the liquid in the container consistent with the liquid level in the main tube of the level gauge. The buoyancy during the rise and fall of the liquid level causes the float in the main tube of the level gauge to rise and fall simultaneously with the liquid level. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float drives the red and white magnetic flip column to flip 180 degrees under the action of magnetic coupling: when the liquid level rises, the flip column flips from white to red, and vice versa, when the liquid level drops, the flip column flips from red to white again. The red white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid medium in the container, thus clearly and intuitively displaying the height of the liquid level.
Combined with the remote transmitter and magnetic switch of Anhui Jiamei Instrument, it can easily output 4-20mA or switch signals for remote control.
