Intelligent pressure switchIntroduction:
Organically integrate temperature sensors (such as thermistors or thermocouples) with signal conversion and amplification units to measure the temperature of liquids, vapors, and other gas media or solid surfaces within the range of -200-1600 ℃ in various process flows. It is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and various control systems. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation, use, and maintenance, and is currently widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power plants, and light industry. Temperature transmitters are divided into three categories: ordinary type, explosion-proof type, and digital integrated type. Among them, ordinary and explosion-proof models can choose different built-in temperature transmitter modules to meet different application requirements of users. Temperature transmitters are divided into two series: thermocouples and thermistors, depending on the type of temperature sensor used.
Intelligent pressure switchworking principle
It is composed of a temperature sensor and a signal converter. The signal converter is installed in the cold junction box of the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is affected by temperature and produces resistance or potential effects, which are converted to generate a differential voltage signal. This signal is amplified by an amplifier, and then converted by voltage and current to output a 4-20mA current signal corresponding to the range.
Product Features
1. Two wire transmission, where the two wires powered by the signal converter also transmit output signals simultaneously;
2. Output constant current signal (4-20mA), strong anti-interference ability, and good remote transmission performance;
3. The signal converter is encapsulated in epoxy resin as a module, which has the advantages of vibration resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, etc., and can be used in places with poor conditions;
4. The millivolt signal of the thermocouple is directly converted into a 4-20mA current output through a signal converter, and the signal is transmitted using ordinary cables, which can save expensive compensation wires;
5. The temperature transmitter with on-site display can output a 4-20mA current signal and display the measured temperature at the temperature measurement site;
6. High precision, anti-interference, good long-term stability, maintenance free, and capable of remote transmission (up to 1000 meters).
