Therefore, the EEC-35+dual frequency eddy current tester is a highly practical and versatile eddy current testing instrument. Due to its two independently adjustable testing frequencies, support for automatic mixing, and a variable frequency range of 64 Hz to 5 MHz, EEC-35+is particularly suitable for non-destructive testing and wall thickness measurement of various copper, titanium, aluminum, zirconium and other pipelines in service in nuclear energy, power, petrochemical, aerospace and other sectors. It can suppress interference signals generated by support plates, dents, sediments and cold processing of pipes during in-service testing, eliminate false and true, and improve the accuracy of evaluating eddy current signals. And due to the adoption of fully digital design, standard testing programs can be established within the instrument, making it convenient for users to call during on-site testing. In addition, the instrument also has configuration analysis function, which can be used for detecting metal surface hardness, layer depth, and material sorting.
