Product Features
The boiler is designed as a double drum, assembled type, and the boiler room can be arranged in a single layer. It has the advantages of compact structure, large heating area, safe and reliable operation, short construction period, and low installation cost.
The furnace is equipped with a coagulation device and a cyclone combustion chamber, which reduces the content of flue gas. The tail is equipped with a flue gas purification device, and the concentration of smoke and dust emissions meets the national first-class atmospheric emission standards.

The purpose of developing and producing LC series incineration boilers
Shandong is a major paper-making province and the main force in the national paper-making industry. The papermaking industry in Shandong mostly uses wheat straw pulp for papermaking. With the continuous expansion of papermaking enterprises in economic development, the demand for papermaking enterprises to control environmental pollution is also increasing. After first addressing issues such as the discharge of papermaking wastewater and the recycling and reuse of alkali, paper companies face many challenges in the treatment of solid waste (commonly known as grass residue) from papermaking raw materials such as wheat straw and straw, as well as the disposal of waste plastic skin in the board and paper industry. In the past, the boiler industry and paper companies themselves have made a lot of bold explorations, but none of them have been successful. According to Shandong Huayuan Paper Group, clearing, transporting, and incinerating these wastes (about 40 tons per day) every year costs 400000 yuan, which not only pollutes the environment but also increases the economic burden on the company. On the other hand, the cooking of papermaking raw materials and the concentration of black liquor from alkali recovery boilers require a large amount of steam. Whether we can utilize waste such as grass residue to reduce environmental pollution and increase efficiency for enterprises has become our first choice for developing this product.
Economic operation analysis
The incineration and utilization of garbage itself has social and environmental benefits, which benefit future generations in the present era. This furnace mainly integrates the steam generated from incineration waste into the production steam pipe network. Taking LC60-8-1.25-MJ as an example, we will introduce this product to you, and its annual benefits are:
8 × 22 × 70 × 30 × 11=4065600 yuan/year
Explanation: The average steam production per hour is 8 tons, calculated at 22 hours per day, 70 yuan per ton of steam, 30 days per month, and 11 months per year.
From the above calculations, it can be seen that this boiler increases the efficiency of the enterprise by more than 4 million yuan per year, and the purchased equipment can recover the investment in just over six months.
For example, in 2000, Shandong Taiyang Paper ordered a waste incineration boiler, which increased profits by more than 2 million yuan six months later. The garbage also did not need to be transported outside, and was commended by the Shandong Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau, encouraging the enterprise to invest in environmental protection. The enterprise leaders made a decisive decision and purchased another waste incineration boiler in 2002, achieving self-sufficiency in steam production in the pulp workshop, which was a new qualitative leap in energy conservation and consumption reduction for the enterprise. Two boilers save the enterprise over 8 million yuan annually.
In 2002, based on feedback from old customers, our factory made technological improvements to the second-generation boiler and developed a garbage boiler that can burn black sludge from imported waste paper scraps and plastic waste. Make our factory's waste boiler more complete and suitable for the needs of more paper companies. The new type of garbage boiler has been installed and operated in enterprises such as Qingdao Haiwang Paper and Qihe Chenming Guangzhou Xinbai, bringing considerable economic benefits to the enterprises.
