LD magnetic flip column level gauge

The magnetic flip column level gauge is installed on the extension pipe outside the bucket, and the liquid level inside the bucket can be clearly indicated by the flip plate indicator. The product is suitable for detecting flammable, explosive, corrosive and toxic liquid levels, and has the characteristic of on-site display direct reading. Magnetic switches and remote transmission (outputting 0-5VDC or 4-20mA) can also be installed on the outside of the bypass pipe as electrical contact signal output and long-distance liquid level signal transmission.

Measuring principle
The magnetic level gauge is designed based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. A floating ball with a ring-shaped magnet is installed in a closed tube. When the liquid level in the measured tank rises or falls, the float in the body tube of the level gauge also rises or falls. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, pushing the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving the height of the liquid level.
