The measurement principle of capacitive level switch is to use the probe (sensing electrode) of the switch and the barrel wall (grounding electrode) as the two electrode plates of the capacitor

Measuring principle
A capacitive level switch uses the probe (sensing electrode) and bucket wall (grounding electrode) of the switch as the two plates of a capacitor. When the measured object accumulates and comes into contact with the electrode, the capacitance between the electrode and the metal can wall or grounding electrode increases. When the height of the measured object decreases and no longer comes into contact with the electrode, the capacitance decreases and the contact signal returns to its initial state. The unique analysis and processing unit of the level switch detects the magnitude of this change. When this change reaches the set value of the switch, the switch signal output is converted for control use, reflecting the height of the measured medium or material interface.

Application features
The longest service life without transmission mechanism is applicable to various powders, granules, block shaped objects or liquids;
Multiple specifications suitable for use in various places and industries, with a temperature range of -20 to+200 ℃ and a maximum of 800 ℃;
Multiple sensitivity levels can be freely adjusted, with action delay function and an adjustment range of 0-30 seconds;
Multiple power sources are available for 110V/220VAC or 24VDC, with two outputs: NPN transistor and 5A/250VAC SPDT relay;
