The floating ball continuous level gauge has the advantages of simple structure, convenient debugging, good reliability and high precision. It is widely used for continuous measurement of liquid level (interface) of high pressure, viscous, dirty, corrosive and other media, and can output 0~5VDC/0~10VDC or 4~20mA standard signal output. The transmitter uses 24VDC two-wire type, stable and reliable, without adjustment, and can be used for open, closed containers or underground tanks. It can be displayed on site, and can also be equipped with instruments for display and control in the control room. It can measure conductive and non-conductive media, and can overcome the impact of false liquid level caused by liquid foam. It is widely used in oil refining, chemical industry, paper making, food, sewage treatment and other industries.
Measuring principle
Floating ball continuous liquid level is a voltage divider circuit composed of a magnet inside the floating ball that changes with the liquid level to change the resistance and magnetic spring switch inside the connecting rod. The voltage divider signal is converted into a 4-20mA standard signal through a converter, and the actual position of the liquid is displayed on the display instrument, thus achieving remote detection and control of the liquid level.
