LN resistive rotary level switch

The anti rotation material type position switch has a simple structure, extremely wide application, and easy maintenance. It is an ideal material level control instrument, suitable for controlling the material level in industrial production processes. When the material level reaches the high or low limit, the contact outputs an alarm or control signal. It is easy to install and can be installed in any shape of container such as warehouse, bucket, tank, etc.

Measuring principle
The resistance rotary level switch uses a clutch to connect the motor to the transmission shaft. When the material is not in contact, the motor maintains normal operation. When the blades come into contact with the material and cause resistance, the blades are blocked and stop rotating. The limit switch is activated, and the output contact signal reflects the height of the material level. At the same time, the motor power is turned off. The motor will stop rotating. When the height of the measured object decreases and no longer hinders the rotation of the blades, the motor restarts and the contact signal returns to its initial state.
