The RF admittance level switch adopts advanced RF admittance technology to overcome the defect of capacitive level switches that cannot eliminate the influence of conductive materials. The instrument operates reliably, with all technical indicators reaching the international level of similar products. It is widely applicable for alarm and control of liquids, slurries, dust, material levels, and the interface between two liquids. In addition, the product has added on-site working status indication, which is a highly cost-effective and stable level switch.
structural principle
The RF admittance level switch is composed of a sensor electronic unit, which mainly includes three parts: the measuring probe, the shielding electrode, and the grounding terminal. The height of the material is reflected by the change in admittance between the probe and the container wall. When the material reaches the working point of the switch, the electronic unit reacts, drives the relay to act, and outputs the switch signal. The shielding electrode can prevent false operation signals due to material hanging on the electrode. The switch control signal is only output when the material truly reaches the set point.
Measuring principle
Radio frequency admittance level gauge is a level control technology developed from capacitive level measurement technology, which is anti hanging, more reliable, accurate, and widely applicable. The meaning of admittance in radio frequency admittance is the reciprocal of impedance in electricity, which is composed of resistive, capacitive, and inductive components. Radio frequency emits high-frequency radio waves, so radio frequency admittance level control technology achieves level measurement by measuring the admittance of the measured medium using high-frequency radio waves.
The most important difference between radio frequency admittance technology and capacitive technology lies in the diversity of measurement parameters and the three electrode technology. The diversity of RF admittance measurement parameters lies not only in measuring electrical capacity, but also in measuring resistance and inductance, making the measurement more accurate. The three electrode technology includes electronic units and sensors. A shielding electrode is added between the measuring electrode and the electrode to protect the measuring electrode from the influence of hanging materials.
