A vibrating rod/tuning fork type level switch is a new type of switch that generates vibration through crystal excitation. It is also known as an "electrical float" and is not affected by dielectric parameters, turbulence, agitation, bubbles, vibration, and other factors. It has no moving parts and therefore does not require maintenance or adjustment. It is an ideal choice for level switches under complex working conditions. Float level switches can be used in any situation where they cannot be used due to structure, turbulence, agitation, bubbles, vibration, or other reasons.
Measuring principle
The tuning fork level switch is used to detect liquid media. The vibrating element (tuning fork) vibrates at a certain mechanical resonance frequency under the drive of piezoelectric ceramics. Once the vibrating element comes into contact with the measured medium, the vibration frequency will change. The electronic circuit detects the change in vibration frequency and converts it into a switch command, so that even if the external vibration is strong or the measured medium is changed, the measurement will not be affected. The vibrating rod level switch is used to detect solids. When the vibrating rod touches the medium through piezoelectric drive, the amplitude is attenuated. The electronic circuit detects this attenuated amplitude and converts it into a switch signal. Due to the use of a rod structure, there will be no adhesion or jamming of the medium. It is easy to clean and can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The installation position and particle size will not affect the measurement stability. Installation and debugging are very simple, and it can be debugged without material. The tested medium can be plastic particles, milk powder, slices, etc.

Application features
Strong adaptability - The single rod type can prevent material clamping and sticking, and can still work stably even when there are many hanging materials. It is not affected by the parameters of the measured medium, and changes in material variety and humidity do not affect the operation of the sensor.
High sensitivity - capable of measuring materials with extremely low specific gravity.
The detection process of maintenance free switches is completed by electronic circuits without moving parts, and does not require maintenance when installed and put into operation.
No need for calibration - The detection of limit switches is not affected by the parameters and density of the measured medium, and no on-site calibration is required for measuring any medium.
