structural principle
The connecting rod float level switch operates using magnetic force without mechanical connectors, making it simple and reliable to operate. When the float switch is used to float the measured medium, the float drives the main body to move, and at the same time, the magnet on the other end of the float controls the magnet on the switch action rod.
Install one or more magnetic spring switches inside a sealed metal or plastic tube, and then thread the tube through one or more hollow floating balls with circular magnets inside. Use a fixed ring to control the floating balls and magnetic spring switches to move up and down within a certain range. Use the magnet inside the float to attract the contact of the magnetic spring switch, producing the action of opening and closing.

The Relationship between Liquid Characteristics and Floating Balls
The specific gravity of the float ball is made with water as the reference point. The position of the float ball action point may vary depending on the specific gravity of the liquid. When the specific gravity of the liquid is small, the part of the float ball immersed in the liquid will increase relatively. Therefore, when selecting a float ball, it is necessary to consider that the specific gravity of the liquid should be greater than that of the float ball, otherwise the float ball cannot float and the magnetic spring switch contact cannot be switched.
There is a magnet inside the float. When there is iron in the liquid, it is necessary to filter the iron first, otherwise it will affect the normal floating of the float and cause abnormal movement points.
Choosing a larger float for viscous liquids (which will not dry) can prevent the liquid from sticking to the float during ascent and descent, resulting in abnormal movement points.
