The side mounted float level switch utilizes the buoyancy of the liquid to rise or fall with the liquid level to about 20 degrees from the horizontal plane. Under the action of the lever, the arm end swings accordingly, thereby driving the micro switch (or magnetic spring switch) inside the junction box to turn on or off.
structural principle
The side mounted floating ball level switch utilizes the principle of liquid buoyancy. When the floating ball moves up and down due to buoyancy, the magnetic spring switch inside the junction box is affected by the arm end magnet, and exchanges the "NC" contact and "NO" contact. The same principle is applied to micro switch devices, where the magnet in front of the micro switch and the arm end magnet make mutually exclusive movements to push the micro switch, causing "NC" and "NO" actions.

There are three specifications of floating balls: Φ 41, Φ 50, and Φ 75
Plastic materials include PP and PVDF, which can be used in acidic and alkaline environments
SUS304/316 material, suitable for high temperature or high pressure tanks

The maximum pressure resistance can reach 50kg/cm2, suitable for specific gravity of 0.3~0.8
Product Usage
The float level controller is suitable for controlling liquids in open or pressurized containers during industrial production processes. When the liquid level reaches the low limit, the relay contacts can be used as signal alarm devices or switches in circuits such as electric pumps.
