LUS/LUB cable float level switch

The cable float type liquid level switch is designed based on the principles of gravity and buoyancy. There are two types of products: metal and plastic. The metal cable float level switch is characterized by high temperature resistance, and the cable adopts high flexibility cable for durability. Plastic cable float switch, with micro switch as the contact part and plastic PP material as the liquid contact part. The product can be used in corrosive environments below 80 ℃, making it widely used for liquid level control of various large containers. It is widely used in automatic liquid level control environments containing corrosive liquids such as sewage treatment, water wells, water supply, drainage, and fire prevention.

Measuring principle
The cable float level switch is a plastic injection molded device that uses micro switches or dry spring switches as contact parts. The switch is connected to a three core cable. When the cable float rises at a certain angle from the heavy hammer as the origin (usually the micro switch rises at an angle of 28 °± 2 ° and the dry spring switch rises at an angle of 10 °± 2 °), the switch will output an ON or OFF signal.
