The conductive liquid level controller is suitable for any conductive liquid (flammable, explosive, and volatile are prohibited). The product is divided into two types: integrated and separated. Different forms can be selected according to different environments. The controller and output relay of the integrated product are in the same body, which can save space and facilitate wiring. SPDT output can be selected according to control requirements. The separated type can output multiple sets of switches and can be installed in environments with limited space. It can be used in high temperature, high pressure, vibration, and other environments.
Measuring principle
The electrode type liquid level switch uses AC power to detect the level of liquid by utilizing the conductivity of the liquid. Once the substance in the tank touches the pole, it will conduct electricity and detect a signal. After the signal is amplified by the controller, a contact signal is output for the user to control the liquid level.

Application Environment
Suitable for controlling the water supply and drainage tanks of buildings, the separated type is suitable for built-in equipment that can be easily inserted and removed from the electrode part, making it easy to maintain and inspect. It is equipped with 3, 4, and 5 poles for building water supply, drainage, and purification. The integrated type is a direct output switch (SPDT) used for automatic liquid level control in civil water towers, high-level water tanks, underground reservoirs, and other occasions. It can achieve automatic water supply or drainage control according to user wiring requirements. Flammable, explosive, or poorly conductive liquids such as oil, ultra pure water, volatile liquids, and high-density sewage cannot be used.
